- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This is one of the worst Dentists I have ever been to. I had a prep done for a crown and after the prep I had pain in the tooth constantly. He told me it shouldn't hurt and it was in my mind. I refused to pay for the service and he filed a law suit in court for $125 and ruined my credit for the next 7 years. I finally agreed to pay him monthly plus court costs for a lousy procedure. Credit still bad. If you can find another Dentist in the area, I would recommend going to him instead of this guy. Kozuch is not very intelligent in my opinion.May 02, 2017by Charles Tisa

Appointments go smoothly, dental assistants do a great job and doesn't hurt a bit. :) Dr. Kozuch then comes by, looks my teeth over, talks for a bit, and then out the door I go!
